I started to develop breasts when I was eleven. It wasn’t a surprise. After all, I’d seen enough adult women to know that they were coming. It was painful. My body was stretching in a way that hadn’t before. My nipples were suddenly sore and sensitive. As they grew, even my center of balance changed.
